The delay in the event’s start allowed the Cardify team to seize the opportunity and introduce attendees to the app’s features. The distribution of hand fans, branded with Cardify’s logo, not only provided relief from the summer heat but also served as conversation starters. Attendees were able to download and sign up for Cardify on the spot, initiating a user onboarding process that saw the company successfully bring onboard 45 new users.
